Flocked up on a beach ?

Who ever wrote this needs to go back to school to study English and I am surprised that ASEAN NOW has just lazily copied it!

One thing I've learnt over recent years is the effect different lenses and filters make on photos so now I look very closely. For me it looks like everything is squashed together, sizes are out. Maybe it is busy and tens of thousands are on several kilometres of beach.
