Yeah, I was taking a run around Riga back in 2010 and than saw a couple having oral sex in bright day light in the park on a park bench. ????????????

The only reason I know that term is that I am a retired lawyer from Australia now 73 years old 

I specialised in Employment Law and in the early 1980'S was consulted by an Italian man employed in a pronnat a factory as a cleaner

He had allegedly committed that act against a younger female in the workplace and his employment was terminated. 

I was given the opportunity to interview the female and will not repeat her statement here. 

I advised him that he was fortunate that he he was lucky that he wasn't charged with indecent / sexual assault and that I wasn't representing him at the local police station. 

My one and only experience of the term frottage in a professional capacity.!!!!!!!
