A 50-year-old Japanese man suffered a minor head wound after he crashed his brand-new sedan into a street barrier in Sri Racha, Chonburi.

Sri Racha rescuers could not identify the victim, who could not speak Thai, but said he was Japanese and aged 50 years old. The victim rammed his flashy white Toyota Yaris ATIV sedan into a street barrier at 8 PM yesterday, December 25th.

His sedan rested on top of the barrier located on a road leading to Laem Chabang port in Si Racha. Its front windshield was destroyed along with the front bumper. The car also toppled a street sign. The rescuers administered basic medical assistance to the victim’s head wounds and transferred him to Sri Racha Hospital.

Yaris flashy? yes it's new but nothing flashy about it, the driver could have surfed a minor head episode to end up like this...

It is a bit flashy or sportyvad I call it,  for the money you get spoiler all around with racing strips, Mag wheels, for around 600,000.

He was not a suspect, and this is not a criminal case. He didn't ever hurt anyone else but him self and his new car.

What sort of a visa does he have?  Must be long term unless the car was a rental.

Im not sure why what type of VISA he has matters? But I would guess a Business (Work) Visa, and maybe he is working at the Toyota factory, so the car might not even be his. Who knows?
