Companies can choose 13 days out of that list. Thai companies make it longer Songkran, Chinese companies longer around Chinese New Year, and western companies focus more around New Year. Soon it will be like the USA, and people will forget what the holiday is actually for, aside from 3 days off of work. Though I think TH is almost already there.
