Why would any contract killing, which this is seems to be, be secured with a life jacket and a buoy while the interests here are not to leave traces...

Are you Junior Soprano?

The only 'message' here is read the original message, the linked item states:

"local fishermen nearby said they tied those bodies together when they first saw them as they were afraid that those bodies would float away further and separate."

Are you Junior Soprano?????????

You fail to understand the complexity of launching such a mission and the coordination that is required. Locate boat, locate crew, have meeting, go eat, resume meeting, cast off with great gusto, return to dock, add fuel, depart again, return again, send runner to find coordinates of target destination, disembark crew, go eat,  have nap, return to boat, depart again, return again, collect captain, depart again.....

XP got it. ????

Drugs or money involved most likely.  Certainly not from a leaky boat ....

Just read the fisherman used the life jacket, anyway, 2 bodies could be from anything. Silly to right away scream drugs or money. I guess that is how most cases end up closed too soon.

It took the authorities over four hours to respond to the report? Not good.

It could well be due to the RTN being a little busy searching for bodies from their sunken ship. Also it would depend on where the available rescue craft and divers came from to get to those bodies.

No, that is not what was reported.  RTN responded when they got the call, then it took time to get to the bodies' location

All good then!

(Far quicker response than the ambulance service where i live)
