I often wonder if it would be best to pick the winner, or the loser, in such circumstances. -

Realizing you specified marriage extension, my only experience is with a retirement extension - though the requirements should be similar. (If not, I'm certain others will be along to correct me.) In addition to the basic extension request form, I needed 12 monthly bank statements (from the previous 12 months) showing that I transferred at least 65k THB per month from an overseas account. For a marriage extension, I believe it's 40k THB per month. I also needed to obtain a letter from the bank showing the amount deposited from a foreign bank each month (yes, even though I provided the statements, the letter was still required.) Also need to provided the bank book for the account in question. Copies of passport pages, etc. For your initial switch from one method to another, might be prudent to engage the services of a reliable agent. -

Accident Trat: Motorcyclist Killed After High-Speed Collision with Durian Truck
Picture courtesy of Khaosod. A road crash has left a man dead after his motorcycle collided at high speed with a pickup truck loaded with durians in a village in Trat province. The victim’s mother and wife, who arrived at the scene shortly after the crash, were left inconsolable upon seeing his body. The incident occurred at around 18:10 on 14 May in Hin Phloeng Village, Moo 11, Wang Krachae Subdistrict, Mueang District, Trat Province. Police Lieutenant Boonma Thatong, an investigator at Mueang Trat Police Station, responded to the emergency call along with rescue volunteers from the Sawang Boonchuay Foundation. At the scene, officers found a pickup truck with a full load of durians, its front right side crushed and the headlight shattered. The right wheel was also damaged. The driver, 27-year-old Mr. Teerarat, was unharmed. Nearby, in a rambutan grove beside the road, lay the body of a man with severe injuries including head trauma, broken arms and legs, with his motorcycle destroyed.. His mother and wife collapsed in grief upon seeing his body, crying uncontrollably. Mr. Teerarat told police he had just harvested durians from an orchard near the scene and was en route to deliver them to a collection facility in Chanthaburi province. He stated that the motorcyclist was travelling at high speed and appeared to lose control, veering directly into the front of his vehicle. Despite attempting to swerve, Mr. Teerarat was unable to avoid the crash. Emergency personnel later transferred the body to a local hospital for further procedures. Police are continuing their investigation and will proceed with legal action as necessary. Adapted by Asean Now from Khaosod 2025-05-15. -

Health Six Dead as Covid Cases Surge in Thailand
Here you go, full interview below. He says several things the "conspiracy theorists" have been saying for years (and quite a few people on this forum won't want to hear them), such as: - Covid was lab-engineered - Fauci was involved in the engineering - The mRNA vaccines contain cancer-causing ingredients such as SV40 and nucleic acids The exact quote on Long Covid is: "I… you know, one of the problems… and I'm controversial on this. People in the industry don't like me for what I'm about to say. My son is probably telling me not to say it right now in my ear. But, I don't think the vaccine industry should have immunity. I think they should have responsibility, like any other manufacturer of any other product for their product. And I'm particularly concerned about this now because, you know, my clinical practice right now, which I'm still in two half days a week, is largely COVID and long COVID. But among my, quote, long COVID patients are people that don't have long COVID, but they have mRNA vaccine injury. And, it's, you know, there's not a clear path for them to have their injury recognized and compensated, and I think that's wrong. I think, hopefully, Kennedy will have a critical review, not saying that the mRNA vaccines aren't safe, not saying they shouldn't… Let's just have an objective review by the FDA. Marty… Marty, you gotta review these products. Let's see the safety data. Don't tell me you're holding it off till 2026. No. I want the safety data out there."
