No, he relinquished the role of Honorary Consul a year or so ago.   I believe that the new one is a Ms Fernandes (may have the name wrong), but her contact details aren't readily available.   I would advise contacting the Embassy in Bangkok in the meantime.

Exactly. Tried phone BKK embassy. Direct me to a booking page. Not work. Just gone Thai Lawyer to get my docs certified tor 1k baht. Embassy 25 quid.  Hour ago post back UK pension company. Not sure what  pension com playing at. Just 2 months back I did my 'proof of life' using my regular MD. EMS tracked my letter correctly. Arrived 22 December 2022.
