It's more accurate to say Arabs.

Jews in the area used to be called Palestinian which is my point.

The Palestinians do not want a two state solution though , had they agreed to that , there would indeed currently be two states .

It's an artificially created identity for Arabs in the general area  I recall even Yarafat said as much.

I really think Arabs is much more accurate.
