Did you know that we who live in the North of Thailand are geographically closer to China than Taiwan is to mainland China?   

 

Thailand is just 127kms as the crow flies and Taiwan is 140kms distance from them.  Let's hope they don't want to annex us anytime soon  ????

Literally thousands of Taiwanese owned factories on the mainland.   More likely that North and South Carolina will go to war.   

 

Why 'annex' anywhere when you can have your people move there and simply 'take over' (thrive and prosper) organically?

Never noticed that most people in the north are at least for a part from Chinese decent?

Mainland Russia to mainland USA is roughly half that distance.

Saying the bridge from anywhere to anywhere is only a few klicks away these daze ... is equally meaningful.

What do you expect? It’s an Indochina region. Though it seems that the OP has some sort of fear of being close to China for some reason, unlike the millions upon millions of people who live in this region.
