Realtor sites don't provide much info about amenities in close proximity to Marina's or Boat Slips for rent. Hoping to use the knowledge and area expertise of the Forum members to help me with info about Condo's within close proximity to these Boat Services.

There are several marinas on Phuket with accommodation adjacent, both for sale and rent.

There are also slipways for small boats in places like Chalong and Rawai, but without adjacent accommodation.

Relatively safe year round moorings are in Ao Yon and Ao Chalong on Phuket, and seasonally in Nai Hairn.
