I live in Chiang Mai I have only one question Do I need a Residency Certificate for this renewal ?? Quadro80 Posted March 17, 2023 Share Posted March 17, 2023 I just renewed my 5 year license last week at Phuket (I went in December and returned with my booking number in March, long waiting list in Phuket for foreigners), documents I provided in Dec: Copy of passport Copy of visa page Medical cert in December (not again in March) Copy of Pink ID QR code printout from video I watched online in December (bring originals too) March: peddle test, traffic light test.
