I am interested in setting up a new website using info I have put on a Word page. Where is a good place to find out how to do this?

If you have little experience but want to do it yourself, use something like wix.com or squarespace.com

Oh, just save your Word page as html and upload to free webspace or past in a free Wordpress blog.

It's a myth that sites need much layout or graphical imagery. Get into Brutalism. In fact, a respectable site getting more than 500,000 views/mo has always looked about like a two-column exported Word page. Just depends on whether you've got anything interesting to say. If you don't, we got enough useless sites already.
