snoop1130 Posted April 13, 2023 Posted April 13, 2023 A road rage incident that stemmed originally from an argument about a barking dog between Chonburi neighbors led to a violent fight and shooting last night, April 12th. Chonburi Police responded to a shooting report around 9 PM last night. The officers traveled to an incident site at Wat Yang Yai temple in the Huay Yai sub-district of Chonburi’s Bang Lamung district and met with terrified locals, Mr. Norodom Thipsawat, 38, and his unidentified 18-year-old relative. The two were waiting for the police beside their fallen white Scoopy I motorbike. The young woman suffered abrasions on her body, so she was transported to a local hospital. At the scene, police also collected four 9mm bullet shells as evidence. The dog was driving. That's what started it all. Didn't even have a license. 3 4
Popular Post Hanuman2547 Posted April 13, 2023 Popular Post Posted April 13, 2023 From the Pattaya News article, "He said the man allegedly did not take good care of his dog, having let it bark and defecate in public areas." What is so unusual in Thailand about that? About 90% or more of the dogs in Thailand. 2 1

RichardColeman Posted April 14, 2023 Posted April 14, 2023 Good argument for renting and no buying ! 1
mikebell Posted April 14, 2023 Posted April 14, 2023 'the man allegedly did not take good care of his dog, having let it bark and defecate in public areas.' All Thailand is a dog toilet. Thais supposedly care about health & wear masks yet allow dogs to defecate & urinate all over EVERY soi in the land!
RobU Posted April 14, 2023 Posted April 14, 2023 To put This in context The motorcycle riders had been complaining about their neighbour allowing his dog to bark all night and defecate indiscriminately in public areas. The self entitled bully boy of a neighbour then knocked them off their motorbike with his car and reversed back to hit them again. He then returned with his gang and fired 4 shots, fortunately not harming anyone.
grain Posted April 14, 2023 Posted April 14, 2023 Seen this dog trouble my whole life. If a neighbor's dog is ruining your life, there's only one solution, shut up, smile, and deal with it yourself, slyly and silently. 1
