I've been looking but found nothing. I found Billabong Resort had a formal dawn service on the lake last year but nothing I could see for this year

 

Wombat and Kiwi Bar in Jomtien seems to have something from 12pm but guessing that's just a piss up for the Anzac day footy ????

i looked up Veterans Bar in soi 13 but they had nothing listed. Is just for a friend of mine who is a war widow.

I just looked again and they just listed. They are gathering there at 5.30 am.
