I don't know, but I think they must be linked with me somehow because they invariably appear after I've written a post.

For me, I can't use them when I do "fast reply" as my computer disables pop ups. But on normal replies, you have the smileys on the left. Click "show all" at the top of that box. Then a new window appears with all the smileys in, including the laughing one!

Funny how it all started
