Sexual response after menopause

Featured Replies

My wife is going through the menopause and is finding her orgasms not as good as they used to be. I've read that 'Flibanserin' can put a boost into women's orgasms similar to Viagra for men. Is it available in Thailand? Thanks.

It is not available here. And does not intensify orgasms. Rather it (when effective( increases libido.

Is your wife experiencing vaginal dryness/disconforg during sex? That is common after menopsuse.

I am splitting this to a new thread since it is off topic.

Not that I've noticed or has she complained of such. She mentioned it for the first time today. All she said was that the intensity of her orgasms had been reduced. Only thing I could tell her was it's may be caused by going through the menopause. Flibanserin (Addyi) came up when I Googled for info.

My   wifes Libido is same as before Menopause ,, and her orgasms are good ,, but she suffers from  dryness  in Vagina  we have to use lube etc , she has lost a lot oif weight as well I tell her she needs HRT ?? but she is scared of doctors   she is 55 but now only 37kg   she used to be 46kg   she is a workaholic   but eats like a horse ????

Tongues are self-lubing.

Possibly the solution lies with you rather than a bottle of pills?

"First, most women (70 percent. Did you get that number?) don’t climax with vaginal penetration alone. In my practice, postmenopausal women commonly tell me that the only way they can orgasm is through clitoral stimulation or oral sex."
