Hope he and the elite behind will come to their senses and not provoke up-rise and violence.

Of course they have all the tricks at hand (EC, constitutional "court").

The official result will be announced by the EC within 60 days of the General Election.

Plenty of time for shenanigans.

Today BKK is orange. Not just the sky. A complete trouncing for Prayut and his military croneys.  If he does't go BKK, Issan and the North will errupt.

If the EC decide to try to kill off MFP Bangkok will not tolerate it for long.

Not long at all and rightfully so. The people have had a gut full and if these military megalomaniacs and if seize power from a massive and indisputable people's vote against them trouble will ensue. Of this I have no doubts. Blood will be spilt.

Do they equate eligible voters with registered voters? Less than 5-million voted in a country of greater than 60-million people. The largest turnout ever? I realize that many are under voting age, but that few voted? Hmmm…

It would seem they have awakened and in a massive way. This 'movement' cannot and will not be stopped.

60 days that's a very long time, more than enough time to find and/or fabricate what they want...

Looking at the latest news Pita says he is forming a 6 party coalition making 309 MP's. He will be the next PM of Thailand. I can't see the 250 lackey's having any other choice but to accept the outcome and the mandate given by the people. To do so would have massive negative consequences for this country.

and Democrat (872,795 votes).

Titter ????

Well, it was Abhisit and Suthep at the helm when the Democrats gave the army permission to disperse the red crowds with live ammunition.

Later , some democrats followed Suthep onto the streets for his shut down Bangkok protest which Suthep claims he and Prayuth orchestrated to justify a coup.

Now they are reaping their just desserts.  People now fully understand that merely calling your party Democratic means nothing. Everyone now knows that the Democrats and the army are bed fellows.
