Trump chickens out again.
it will certainly give it more context that the 12 second clip you are creaming over. from what i saw flicking through they are laughing and joking throughout the podcast. you're just trying to imply that Scholtz just laughs at Trump only at the point. why don't you watch it yourself and then have a view of Trump that is not given to you by the bias media.... 🐑🐑🐑 -

Thaksin and Pheu Thai Party face constitutional showdown
Independent lawyer Thirayut Suwankesorn, renowned for dismantling the Move Forward Party, has launched a scathing complaint against the ruling Pheu Thai Party and its influential patriarch, former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra. The complaint, submitted to the Constitutional Court at 10.30am today, October 10, accuses them of a serious breach of constitutional protocol, alleging attempts to undermine the country’s constitutional monarchy. Thirayut’s extensive 65-page document accuses both Thaksin and the Pheu Thai Party of violating Article 49 of the Constitution, which prohibits anyone from exercising his or her rights and liberty in a way that undermines the democratic system with the king as head of state. This explosive news was disclosed by Paiboon Nititawan, Secretary-General of the Palang Pracharath Party (PPRP), who emphasised that his party had no involvement in this legal move. This comes after the PPRP was expelled from the Pheu Thai-led coalition in August, a decision that reportedly angered its leader, Prawit Wongsuwan, who has since vowed political retribution. Paiboon revealed that Thirayut requested the Constitutional Court to compel Thaksin and Pheu Thai to cease all actions deemed hostile to the constitutional monarchy. This latest move echoes a previous complaint by Thirayut that led to the dissolution of the Move Forward Party in August, with the court ruling that it had violated the Constitution by seeking to amend Article 112 of the Criminal Code, known as the lese majeste law. When queried about specific actions included in his complaint, Thirayut confirmed that the controversial August 14 meeting at Thaksin’s Bangkok mansion—where coalition partners deliberated forming a new government—was among them. He expressed confidence in his case. “I have witnesses ready to testify against the two defendants.” Thirayut’s decision to approach the Constitutional Court directly stemmed from the lack of action following his previous complaint to the Office of the Attorney-General on September 24, reported The Nation. Benz diesel cars are really good and If I were to buy another Diesel or recommend to anyone, the C220d is great. Never a gasoline or hybrid, those are full of complexities and problems. the c220d can do 20/24km/l easily on the city/highway, and it's a great car. https://www.headlightmag.com/2022-12-26-acceleration-fuel-consumption-mercedes-benz-c220d-amg-dynamic_w206_edit1/ -

Former Aussie cop’s epic run across Thailand for tsunami victims
A former forensic cop from Australia is gearing up for his biggest physical challenge yet—a gruelling 1,400-kilometre run across Thailand in December. Dubbed “Run to Remember,” this endurance test marks the 20th anniversary of the 2004 Boxing Day tsunami, which claimed 230,000 lives worldwide, including 5,400 in Thailand. Starting on December 1, charity Hands Across the Water founder Peter Baines will run from Yasothon to Khao Lak, the site devastated by the disaster, arriving on December 26, exactly 20 years after the tragedy. His goal is to raise a whopping 25 million baht for the charity which helps Thai children impacted by the tsunami. The funds will support education centres, including one focused on training students for Thailand’s tourism sector. Baines recalls his time identifying victims after the tsunami. “When I arrived, the scene was unimaginable.” His experience in the aftermath fuelled his mission to help the children left behind. Since founding the charity in 2005, it has expanded to care for over 350 children across seven projects. The run will push Baines to his limits, with 33 marathon distances to cover in the scorching Thai heat. “The heat and humidity will make this especially tough.” If a 1,400-kilometre run sounds too intense, supporters can join the Run to Remember 2024 in Bangkok’s Chatuchak Park on December 15, with proceeds going to Hands Across the Water, reported Hua Hin Today. 3 Things that will make your relationship successful in Thailand
After hacking my way through the first page--I got no further--I was reminded of the William Goldman quote, regarding Hollywood, but quite apt here, as well: “Nobody knows anything...... Not one person in the entire motion picture field knows for a certainty what's going to work. Every time out it's a guess and, if you're lucky, an educated one.” -
