Pattaya Awaits Decision on Fate of Controversial Waterfront Condo
The story makes it sound as if Pattaya City Council is just some innocent bystander in all of this, waiting wide-eyed to see what the authorities decide. The reality is rather different. -

PM 2.5 Air Purifier Recommendation
I see the other thread (below) was closed. But for anyone looking to buy a PM2.5 Meter, this is a good one. Possible same vendor of one posted on other thread, and seriously, way too inexpensive @ ฿364. I'd have a hard time finding a LIPO battery for that price, let alone a whole meter. 6 in 1, and site offers more if wanting. Meter is accurate enough, and compared to my old meter, along with very local online reading, and all close enough in agreement. Old meter HR sensor, as suspected was a bit off, after wife dropped and broke part of the casing. All other sensors agree close enough. Shopee link, does come from CN, no issues or added tax & COD: https://shopee.co.th/6-in-1-PM2.5-PM10-HCHO-TVOC-Co-CO2ฟอร์มาลดีไฮด์หน้าจอแอลซีดีขนาดใหญ่แบบพกพาสำหรับโฮมออฟฟิศโรงแรมสก์ท็อปเครื่องตรวจจับคุณภาพอากาศ-i.1111825626.28116741772 Locked (newer) thread, if interested: https://aseannow.com/topic/1317651-air-quality-monitor/ -

Tax Refund from Hua Hin Revenue Department
Hi everyone, Has anyone ever received a tax refund from the Hua Hin revenue Department recently? I have declared my taxes for 2024 and on the 19 Feb, I have received a notification, informing me that my tax refund has been approved and a cheque has been mailed out. As of today, I have tried to call them, no one speaks English. I have written to them receive nothing from anyone. I am just wondering if there is any other way of settling this. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
