A right pain. I never used the app and it stopped working a couple of months ago when updated to a higher version of android.

Changing banks seems futile as they may all go the same way, looks like a new phone and pencil sharpener for the fingers.

I'm just pleased I got my SCB back up and running via the app

Easy for someone to say to me well you should have just updated the app and tried it then. The point was a few months ago the app was the latest version and it was purely by chance that I clicked on the app when deleting data and apps off the phone for resale that the option was requested

 

Notwithstanding my verbal calls to the bank plus multiple emails

 

God forbid if the account was "emptied/hacked" as to what would occur lol
