The donated uniforms are 55 brand new uniforms, designed to be easy and comfortable for police officers to wear during the upcoming rainy season. The Japanese man who donated the uniforms performed the act of kindness as a thank you for their support and assistance to him with a previous personal issue, in which he said they were professional, considerate, and caring in regard to his undisclosed problem.
