Immigration now a pleasure to visit.

I cannot stretch my imagination to the point that visiting immigration (twice) would ever be a pleasure! I am  glad to hear it is much improved though.

That's it. Much better than before, but note that it is low season now.

No visit, as almost always, without a problem. They insist now on passport photos with the person in front of a white background. Needed to do new ones, had no problem in previous years.

We shall have to see.... when I do my Extension the place is made busier by loads of tourists, it being high, near peak, season. One advantage of the agent I used seemed to be they took their own photo in the office, so I did not even go near immigration.

Another visit today. Came out angry.

Re-Entry permit used to be a 10-minute-thing. Today I waited 80 minutes, saw eerie things, staff (take more than 100 USD for this stamp...) doing nothing but eating etc.

Doubt they'd be taking USD? But that amount would be correct if a multi-entry re-entry permit, which is 3800 baht
