Pattaya – A taxi motorbike rider was found dead on a roadside in the Pattaya area.

Captain Chonlawit Athippansri of the Pattaya City Police was notified of the incident on the Sukhumvit Road near a mall in South Pattaya on Saturday morning (July 29th). They and the Pattaya News arrived at the scene to find the body lying on the footpath.

The body was identified by police as Mr. Somkieat Dumklang, 43, who was wearing a taxi motorbike vest stationed on Thep Prasit Road. Police believed that the man died at least one hour before his body was found. No sign of a struggle was found on his body. Nearby, police found a parked motorbike.

Strange, maybe he felt un-well, parked up and collapsed?

RIP Mr. Somkieat Dumklang. 43 is so young, but no-one promises us a "tomorrow".
