Former Georgia Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan (R) told CNN on Saturday that he received a notice to appear before a grand jury in Fulton County — which encompasses parts of Atlanta — on Tuesday morning.

 

“I have no expectations as to the questions, and I’ll certainly answer whatever questions are put in front of me,” Duncan told CNN. “For me, this is a story that is important for Republicans to hear — Americans to hear. Let’s hear the whole truth and nothing but the truth about Donald Trump’s actions and the surrounding cast of characters around him.”

There is no evidence to suggest that Judge Tanya Chutkan would be anything but competent and unbiased and there is no reason for her to recluse herself unlike Judge Aileen (Loose) Cannon, who does not understand the Constitution.

 

John Lauro suggested that the trial be moved to Virginia for a 'diverse venue that reflects the diverse characteristics of the American People'.

 

Obviously, Virgina only reflects a base that would be favorable to Trump and has the demographics of a predominantly white population.

The 'left' does not need to come up with anything as testimonies have already been collected during the investigation. Just read the indictment, several cases of Republicans or WH staff telling Trump he had lost are cited in it.

Whether Trump believed or not the election was stolen is irrelevant to his defense (except an insanity plea).

and if "someone" does testify that trump admitted he lost (already have) you can bet your glass of kool aide that it will be a republican who was appointed or hired by trump and voted for trump that will testify to that.....if trump or anybody still believes the big lie that the election was stolen that does not mean they are innocent..

Yes -- I remeber JFK ... and when Nixon won, Reagan won and 2 Bush's won.
