Weight management? Are you kidding? Nah, just an experiment. But, maybe a few kilos. I see old guys bragging about being skinny, you know old skinny guys look sickly. Maybe when you were younger being skinny was OK, not when you're old. I've only seen a few guys in shape who were able to pull it off.

old fat guys don't look healthy fyi

Of course fat is not good for anyone. I'm talking a few extra pounds to fill out the face a bit. I've seen the skinny anorexic looking old guys carrying a parasol hiding from the suns rays scurrying about in Pattaya.

Now is the "Day After" the very boring Beerless Day...

So, will today be another boring day of no beers?

Or, was the Yesterday with No Beers, boring enough, already?

Going to be a month of beerless days and nights. I'm a daytime drinker, I don't do hangovers and my limit is 4 small beers a day.

OK.

Good.

Let's just wait and see if you are able to stay on an even keel.

The thought of never knowing the delight of an icy cold beer sitting on a beach with warm sand and aqua blue seas is sinful.

Alcohol is not conducive to a more self-actualized life.

Most theoretical physicists choose not to drink because they prefer to theorize.

Top computer coders drink Red Bull or similar.

And top sexual athletes shun the booze.

Green tea tastes pretty good sitting on the beach!  ????

Dang, it's only been a week since having a beer. Feels like much longer. I did buy a bottle of Cabernet for dinner today.

Beer is chock full of carbohydrate. Drink whisky or rum, with or without a zero sugar mixer.

Spirits have next to no carbohydrate, carbs are what stacks the weight on. The term "beer gut" was coined for a reason.

This would be a good time to become a pothead.

Nothing cures boredom like pot.

Already am. The few beers I had daily was just a plus. Sitting in the warm sand, gazing upon the ocean having a frosty beer and a few hits was heaven.

I don't doubt what you say, hard liquor just isn't my thing anymore.

Think of the tens of millions of people who would kill to be you.

Or even me.
