I need a New Kitchen

IKEA has products with different quality levels. Some are cheap and some, like above kitchen system, are more expensive and have 20 (or25?) years warranty.

And looking at reviews of these kitchens in different countries, it seems many people think the IKEA kitchens are pretty good. Obviously you can get something better, but it seems you have to pay a lot more money to get something better.

And as mentioned above, I recommend this first to get a good overview - independent of what anybody will buy at the end of the day.

Incorrect! The guarantee does not cover termite infestation! Read the small Prints!

Back when I lived with my wife in her 3000B/month "mansion" I upgraded our "kitchen".

A table on the patio.

An induction burner, basically what we used to call a "hot plate".

A giant steel wok.  Some wok tools

A kettle to boil water.

A $150 Japanese rice cooker.

Microwave.

Anything else is just to "show off"

Who you trying to impress in.... Pattaya? ????

Hi, this is my first post here. Can anyone please recommend a reputable company that sells and installs kitchens in pattaya that speaks English. I went to homepro and I did not have a good experience, they tried thier best, but language was a major issue.

Thanks

went to Home Pro Hua Hin   other than Hello .    no english spoken by the  sales rep..    I handed them a preliminay scetch of what I wanted ..   and with the help of Google trans   they came to the house and measured everything then created a full  computerized layout  ..  including a custom size cabinet ..  (at that point the wife did all the  talking )  approx 30 days from sign off to complete install, including granite and appliances

We used this company after the flood in 2011. This is their Pattaya Branch.  Excellent work and materials.

Well done, I wanted to suggest them but always misspell their name.

I suggest have a look at IKEA METOD kitchens online or in their shops.

Buy Kitchen Accessories Online - METOD System - IKEA

This is a very flexible modular system with (as far as I see) any possible option which you may want.

Even if you don't intend to buy IKEA, I think it is still a good idea to get an overview.

You can also use their kitchen planner to plan your own kitchen.

Last but not least, it seems kitchen design is a well-researched topic. You will find many articles and videos about working concepts, recommended sizes, etc. on the internet.

METOD quality is good, same stuff they sell all over the world. I built mine from their parts in 2015, and no issues at all.  Warranty service also tested and proven to work very well. They can design for you on the spot as long as you have your room dimensions with you., or you can do yourself using their web design tool (as I did), can print purchase list directly from the tool.

https://www.ikea.com/th/en/rooms/kitchen/

They also install for a fee, I did myself though. Easy peasy

Took granite tops from local stone shop though, price about same as melamine stuff from ikea and for sure lasts longer.

I agree with your post above.

Just one little issue. I designed my kitchen with their online software, then I was in their shop and optimized some detail with one of their specialist. I didn't order right away, I thought I wait to make maybe other adjustments.

And then, when I was finally ready to order, I looked at my design in their IKEA online software, and I saw all the details. And then I looked for the button "Order". There is no such button. I called IKEA support. They told me I have to print the list and then go to their website and order each individual part one by one. There is no function like "order this kitchen".

I asked them if that is really necessary, is there another way to do it. They told me I can go to the shop and their kitchen experts will enter my list, part by part.

I still like the kitchen, I am currently installing it myself. But the IKEA order process is a nightmare.
