Lots of ap drivers are bad and drive too fast. You need to get out more and see the real world. Get off the bar stool. You're just raving for the sake of it now. I wasn't commenting on the dangerousness or otherwise of Thai roads, it's you who is fixated on that for some reason after choosing to misconstrue my OP. That is my last word in the subject lest I get warned for bickering, as any conversation with you will doubtless descend into. 3

You don't get out much.

Road safety is one of the country's biggest issues in my opinion. I'm not defending the person in the article, and I don't know the whole story. But driving here every day, you accumulate so much frustration and even anger because they drive so poorly. He probably snapped. Well, I haven't driven since 1989, but before that I found Thai drivers to be no worse than drivers in California or Washington, D.C. Of course, before I moved to Thailand in 1982 I made up my mind that I was the one who would need to change my opinions and attitude, not the Thais.

Well. you'll find many more and more powerful vehicles on the roads than 30 years ago ! Driving skills and road awareness haven't kept pace though! 1 1 1
