Yes, I know that there is evidence already but Trump never explained why he didn't stop the violence.

 

Though the reason is obvious to all, that he was revelling in the violent attack and that this was his objective that day.

Any that amplify Trump’s attempts to avoid Justice without explaining the actual likelihood of his attempts failing.

Actually Trump and his lawyers are very good at delay, and justice delayed is justice denied.  In that regard there is a real chance he might "win", either by dying before being convicted or, God help us, getting re-elected.  Reporting on this is legitimate news.
