Monsoon imminent

Featured Replies

Last year the monsoon started early October then stopped, didn't get going again until November and then carried on into January rather than ending around New Year. Weather this year in Hat Yai has been all over the place, so suspect the monsoon season this year will be similarly unpredictable.

"Monsoon" weather in the American Southwest has been wonky, that is, unpredictable.  We return to Thailand on 3 Oct.  Our house is a few miles south of Hua Hin.
