They don't even deserves the 1.5 million, Muammar Gaddafi legacy is all over this staunch, poor and divide pariah country...

Be far better off donating some bags for them to fill with Libyan sand - £30,000 is a bit of an insult really. You can also bet this handout comes with a million tourist brochures

Did Thailand donate for flood recovery in Ukraine when allegedly the Russian military blew up the Kakhovka dam? It did recently for Turkey's flash flood in Ankara.

Sad you feel that way. Libyan people are quite nice and I find it a terrible disaster they suffered.

NATO, the ICC and UN should be paying reparations and upgrading the dams and infrastructure and restoring the flood management systems they destroyed due to their military adventures in Libya all those years ago.

Ah the current govt and leadership who lobbied for NATO and the UN for the change of regime and who have let everything fall into disarray.

Maybe one on one but Libya as a country is not, just read how polarised and deep in the sh*t the county is with 2 governments, poor people with even poorer country, the people need to rise and put their foot down to make their county better, But they don't...

Considering the billions the world is handing out to highly corrupt Ukraine, this amount given for the civilian victims in Libya is an insult.
