Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Parnpree Bahiddha-Nukara, on behalf of the Royal Thai Government, on Monday presented a donation of 1.5 million Thai baht to Mr. Ashoor Salem Ashoor Omran, Chargé d’affaires a.i., Embassy of the State of Libya, Bangkok, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand. September 21, 20232 yr Did Thailand donate for flood recovery in Ukraine when allegedly the Russian military blew up the Kakhovka dam? It did recently for Turkey's flash flood in Ankara.

September 22, 20232 yr NATO, the ICC and UN should be paying reparations and upgrading the dams and infrastructure and restoring the flood management systems they destroyed due to their military adventures in Libya all those years ago.
