Popular Post snoop1130 Posted September 21, 2023 Popular Post Posted September 21, 2023 A driver in Nongprue this morning who was possibly intoxicated crashed into a power pole and then attempted to escape, say police. Captain Surachai Chuaikoon of the Nongprue Police was notified of the accident in the early morning of Thursday (September 21st) in Soi Phon Prapa Nimit 6. Emergency responders and the Pattaya News arrived at the scene to find a damaged SUV had crashed into a high voltage power pole. The driver, Mr. Woraphon Kerdphonngam, 43, was found in the driver’s seat and he seemed to be intoxicated. Despite the presence of reporters and rescue teams Woraphon was continually trying to start the heavily damaged car to drive away. However, rescue workers were able to stop him and remove him from the car before calling the police. He was not injured.
