Somehow I doubt this. MF will lose momentum in the next 4 or 5 years. If they represent a danger in gaining 300 seats they will have all sorts of dirt heaped upon them in the next 4 or 5 years, not to mention all sorts of phoney scandals and law fare from the CC et al.

As long as there are soldiers around in Thai "politics" there will never be any need for a general election, The ordinary Thai persons vote will not mean a thing.

Plausible target.

 

It would be expected that the Pheu Thai vote will be significantly reduced by the time of the next election as they have committed the same sin as the Democrats did under Abhisit - betrayed their core supporters in return for power.

 

Ultimately, it will be the economic situation at the time of the next election that will determine whether or not enough Thais vote for revolutionary change under Move Forward.
