Looking to rent a bar in Patong .... agencies haven't been particularly helpful.

 

Any info is gratefully received.

The best way to find out is go there and talk to owners and manager from other bars. They normally know what is for sale, rent, etc.

Most of the time they also have lots of insider information, but probably they won't tell those to a stranger.

Rent a tuk tuk for greater earnings. I believe they will also provide a baseball bat.

The ideal way is to get someone to knock you up a sandwich board and then paint on it ,

" Wanted Bar To Rent" and walk around Patong . Be prepared to get mobbed within a few minutes
