It is a big one. Near night market. Big pool. Nice gym. Not far from beach or baht bus it seems. I like. Maybe locals know  a possible down side. That's why I think Pattaya could potentially be ok even if you are normal.

I suppose the beach music festivals and the trucks blasting out their bass-heavy rubbish at weekends is included in the price. I used to live in a beachside condo in Jomtien but decided to move to a house in a quieter area away from the seaside. Never regretted it.

For example sunday 15.10. 10:31. I just had a look at the pool and there is not one soul in it. As most of the other days and times too. Looks like VT8 is less crowded then other VT's around town?

Are they betting on the grey economy or on the chinese ? Who are they trying to sale to primarily ?
