One would obviously never doubt on the highly efficient detective work in Thailand. But if one may ask, is there sufficient evidence in the case to charge him 100% ?

I read that there were body parts of the Colombian found in the drains of the suite the "chef" was staying at. This suggests the "chef" carved his victim up in his hotel room and couldn't hide all the evidence. Atreaga's body was cut up into many pieces and distributed around Koh Phagnan.  I haven't heard if the Spaniard has admitted to the crime.

the torso is still missing, so I doubt they can charge him 100%.
