Staying slim and in shape, so you stand tall and straight and moving smoothly and quickly, plus dressing nicely, all helps to keep you appearing younger. At 48, I will confess i look fantastic 555, feel great. Girls love the dancing pecs and six pack. Also got a mate who's 68. He dresses young, good energy. Then to my dismay I started waking up with a 40 something. It got worse year after year. Then the strife got twin beds. Past few years its gotten harder and harder to find the youngest looking angle in the mirror so I've gone to a beard and no photos are allowed. I sometimes get told by Thais they think I am in my sixties. That may be because I am in good shape, and move well for my age. It also may be because they are just being nice to me. And he is always telling me how the 'girls' can't believe his age...as they say he looks...'so much younger'. We all just 'eat it up'...don't we...?!
