UK pension. 13th month payment.

Featured Replies

Last pension payment was 2 Oct, 28 days would be 30 Oct. Now 31st no payment. Anybody else had a problem. Will call when they are open.

You'll possibly receive it later today.

It's not unusual  for a payment to be a day late due to US/Thai bank holidays.

I get mine every 4th Tuesday, so 3rd October and 31st. Arrived OK, but my pension is sent to a UK bank.

Thanks for that. Received pension on 2nd October OK in my UK bank. Will call them this afternoon.

The clocks went back. one hour at the weekend

in the UK, so this will have had a fundamental

dynamic on the time continuity.....basically

everything gets fugged up.

Aha. That might be it.

Certainly no cause for alarm with one day 'slippage'. I can't see that there was a USA bank holiday that might have caused a delay with the Citibank processing.

If not received by tomorrow, that is the time to start thinking about a Life Certificate having been sent and not received.

Please don't embarrass yourself by suggesting that you don't know that Citibank process UK pension payments.

Sarcasm only works if you have the wit and intellect to pull it off. Clearly, you are a work in progress.

I accept your apology in advance.

You go find it.

GOOGLE is your friend.

You will also find numerous pension threads on here that have referenced it in the past.

International Pensions have been open now for 20 minutes.

You'll have your answer.

They had me down at 2 addresses so they stopped payment. All sorted now, payment within 5 working days.

Now why can't all disagreements on here end like, with two gentlemen metaphorically shaking hands.
