Average height of NBA: Are players, today, too tall to be fair?
Not only the NBA but the NFL too.... in one of the college playoffs, Georgia Tech linemen were reportedly 389 poouds! by the way just look at the stats https://hortonbarbell.com/average-size-of-college-football-players-by-position/ when I was in HS, I played football with a line that averaged 220 yet I only weighed 110 and was still able to contribute to the team. Seeing how big the folks are today, I couldn't even consider playing let alone wanting to. -

Is it going to be the last... or, has the 'forum pile on' accusing you of lying, telling an incomplete story, deserving it etc put you off from telling a simple harmless story in the pub forum again ? I was going to mention how I had a good chat with a taxi driver the other night - but thought against it as others would turn it into something negative, some how find a way of saying I underpaid, or was abusive, or any other amount of unhinged made up cr@p !!!... -

An analysis of the economic effect of tariffs is far more complex than the simplistic talking points recited by anti Trumpers and anti Americans. For example, where are such wild cards as the overall economic effect of reshoring, in whole or in part (ie increased wages)? Can you imagine changing over a plant in Ky to start up an EV line from Oakville, Ont, or shutting down a plant in Hamilton to increase production in Tn? Wouldnt it be a safe bet that many manufacturing plants owned by American companies would shift production out? As long as we are dealing with what ifs, have folks considered them all?
