Hello

I ve been looking for any updated information on the TM

30 website please. A guide of sorts please.

I'm sure it's not rocket science !!

I'm a condo owner here.

Thank you all again

Gee

Not sure but think @Red Phoenix wrote a road map on this.

Hi there,

Do you already have a TM30 receipt in your passport showing your condo address and assuming you previously reported you were the owner.

IF SO, I don't think you need to do anything.

Recently I got my very first TM30 as a condo owner occupant. (In person.)

They told me I will never need to do one again UNLESS I move.

I do have TM30 in passport, but I'm moving into my Condo soon, so I would like to update my TM30.

Yes I could in person, but was hoping online was straight forward. Let's see.. 555

I have finished tm30 in person in 2019 as co-owner for condo.

I have done my 90 days reporting this month in nonthaburi, no one request me to do tm30 again.

There's a recent thread on the topic but I haven't read it all because I don't have any skin in the game.

There's a User Guide on the new website, maybe have a look at that as well if it's not covered in this thread:

Or interrupt the continuity of your permission of stay.

Not sure what interrupt means here? If you have a valid one year extension of stay and a valid one year rental contract and re-enter on a re-entry permit, do you have to do a fresh  TM30 each time? Would 10 re-entries mean 10 TM 30 resubmissions?

In the example you outlined a new TM30 would not be required.

A new TM30 would be required for example if you exited without a reentry permit and and returned with new visa or visa exempt

Which office was that, please?
