Jingthing Posted November 24, 2023 Share Posted November 24, 2023 Hi there, Do you already have a TM30 receipt in your passport showing your condo address and assuming you previously reported you were the owner. IF SO, I don't think you need to do anything. Recently I got my very first TM30 as a condo owner occupant. (In person.) I do have TM30 in passport, but I'm moving into my Condo soon, so I would like to update my TM30. Yes I could in person, but was hoping online was straight forward. I have finished tm30 in person in 2019 as co-owner for condo. I have done my 90 days reporting this month in nonthaburi, no one request me to do tm30 again.
