Read more about the Turkish tourist who was reportedly swindled out of over 100,000 baht by a woman he met on a dating application in Ban Lamung, Chonburi. The police performed an investigation and found the alleged Thai woman who was publicly identified as Mrs. Napaporn Rodkum, 38. Consequently, the police requested an arrest warrant from the Pattaya Provincial Court and successfully tracked down Napaporn. Initially, Napaporn reportedly confessed her wrongdoings in that she had known the Turkish tourist via a dating application for three days. This one was reported to the police as it was theft. There's a difference between that and some daft foreigners willingly giving their money to their girlfriends for decades. If those who voluntarily funded their Thai bints reported their cases of "fraud" to the police they'd be reported here also, more than likely.
