The city of Pattaya announces the sudden passing of the Permanent Secretary, Sub Lt. Pramote Tubtim, who passed away while performing his duties on Monday.

Mr. Pramote’s unexpected death on December 11th has left the community in shock and mourning.

Pramote was actively fulfilling his duties just hours before his passing. According to Pattaya Mayor Poramase Ngampiches, Pramote informed his colleagues about feeling unwell around noon but still attended a scheduled MOU signing ceremony with three universities later that afternoon. He participated in the ceremony with dedication and enthusiasm, even engaging in discussions with faculty members after the signing.
