Cannot Raise VFS Trendy by email. How else?

Needing appointment thru BangkokHMPO AT VFSHelpline.com to renew UK passport I am unable to contact them using their only email, as above.  I am told 'DAEMON FAILURE' to deliver or, using their preferred MSoft software, it goes blank halfway thru.  Wondering if they will accept other means of communication.  I have considered writing an old fashioned pen & paper letter by post or, in extremis, just walking in & paying thousands of Baht for instant access.  They offer no phone number.  Reading a few helpful blogs I see others suffer this at times.  I have used the link given by Gov UK & also tried circumventing this by normal email means to no avail.

 

I see their staff have a great reputation for being helpful,pleasant & knowledgeable; I'd really like to meet them & do the business. 

 

Any helpful ideas?

This last few days.

Charlie H,  Just checked records.  Tried seven times on my computer, once on an Ipad & wife's email addr, four of those thru UK Gov's link & thru MSoft Outlook which all failed variously although picked up a second email addr of mine, tried in case fault lay with my original email addr. The other three times avoided Outlook & resulted in the Daemon Failure replies.  Over these last three days: Wed Thurs Fri.

According to their website VFS do offer a walk-in service at a cost of between 1,560 & 3,400 THB.
