This message is for anyone with experience of receiving effective treatment for AVNRT (SVT) or may know enough about the issue to advise accordingly.  In particular, I am looking for your recommendation of a specialist in Bangkok who has either treated you with medication so your condition is managed well and you can more or less have a normal daily life or if you have had to have catheter ablation and it has worked.  Both courses of treatment are not free from side effects/risks but I would love to hear from those of you who have managed to control this condition or cure it.  And if it hasn't worked, grateful for your views and advice. I am open to seeking treatment in both private and government hospitals.   Thank you

There is Prof.Dr. Koonlawee Nademanee at Bumrungrad. I saw him when I had PVC issues, but he didn't give me any treatment, correctly as the PVCs resolved almost overnight one year later. He is mainly treating Afib cases. Getting old though and retired from his US career I think.

Thanks ben and glad your condition is under control.  Mine isn't unfortunately; getting worse in fact.

Still hope to hear back from others who have a similar condition and how they are managing it inc possibly other recs if Dr Koonlawee is retiring.

A very disappointing consultation (albeit not surprising) given previous experiences I've had with other senior specialists.  PM if you want to know more.
