Nang Ram Beach (Sattahip Navy) and Samae San offers amazing snorkeling and the water is far from polluted.
Atoll Farm in Rayong (saltwater fish breeder) is highly respected in the world and one of the few who has successfully bred Pygmy Angelfish. He pays a boat to bring 5000L of sea water from Samae San once a week.

 

Serene Phala has a very nice 100x50m clean beach. Live music on the beach on most days and a great beach bar. (not close to any nightlife).

Kantary Bay in that case, same but different.
