Multiple Entry 'o' Visa

Featured Replies

I am returning to Thailand soon and will apply for a multiple entry non immigrant 'O' visa from the British consulate here in the U.K as i wish to stay in Thailand for around 6-12 months.

As i understand it i can apply for this type of visa because i recently got married to my Thai g/f ....is that correct ?

I also understand that when i arrive they will stamp it for 90 days ?

Where do i have to go when the 90 days expires to get another 90 days ?

I have never used this type of visa before usually getting 30 day visa and renewing on the visa run to Cambodia.

Thanks in advance for any help on this matter :o

Yes, you can apply for a Multi Entry Non Imm O visa by showing evidence that you are married to a Thai.

You will be allowed to enter Thailand as many times as you wish for a period of 12 months. Each entry must not be for longer than 90 days. Before the 90days are up you just have to leave the country anywhere convenient by air or by land, turn around and return when you will be stamped for another 90days. (similar to your other visa runs)

When you get home, phone the RTC in Hull. Reputed to be very friendly & helpful.

I got a multi entry non o at the Hull Consulate, it was really easy :D

Go to their website and get the required forms, fill them in and go there with the money, you'll have your visa stamp within 20 mins, I'm not married, just stated on the form I was visiting friends :o

To renew every 90 days you just need to do the same as you did before, a 10 minute trip to Camodia will do the trick :D

or if you are too far away in u.k to drop in use Royal mail special delivery envelopes from nearest post office and they will have it back to you in less than a week, as stated above excellent service
