TM 30: How to change address without a rental agreement/contract

I have NON-B and I want to live with my Thai partner and I need to change my address (TM30).

 

Is there an alternative document we can submit instead of a rental/lease agreement?

Yep, she signs a copy of her house book and ID card and hands it to the TM30 desk.
