banglay Posted April 22, 2024 Posted April 22, 2024 Hi All . I have been using the online 90 day reporting successfully for the past few years .. But my last attempt this week keeps getting rejected 😞 . So I will have to bite the bullet and go to Pattaya immigration to register and hopefully sort out this problem . My question is what is the current procedure and paper work needed at the immigration office .. I have not done a 90 day report since all the alteration etc.? ,I don't fancy queueing for 30minutes to be told go to another queue . Cheers and thx in advance 🙂 👍🙏
Victor Laszlo Posted April 22, 2024 Posted April 22, 2024 You need to complete tm47 form, a photcopy of your passport photo page and a photocopy of your visa. I had the same problem in February, all sorted in about thirty minutes. 1 1
Fujionrye Posted April 24, 2024 Posted April 24, 2024 Go to the building on the right, you don't need to see the general inquiries desk. 2
Tariya Posted April 27, 2024 Posted April 27, 2024 Anyone able to use 90-Day online lately or is it broken? 1
Wobblybob Posted April 27, 2024 Posted April 27, 2024 I did my 90 day report on the 10th of this month, worked just fine then.👍
mran66 Posted April 27, 2024 Posted April 27, 2024 Submitted couple of days ago, application was accepted by the system But came back rejected next day. First time for me since using the system (many years). Try again Monday, if fail need to go immigration to ask what's the issue 1

Moonlover Posted April 27, 2024 Posted April 27, 2024 It might be helpful if you were a little more specific in your enquiry @Tariya. 'Unable to use' is just a little bit vague.

banglay Posted April 28, 2024 Author Posted April 28, 2024 I've been using the online 90'er for a few years no problems ... but this months try rejected my application attempts numerous times .. ended up having to go to my local immigration office in person 😞 ... that was accepted with out a problem. and when I asked why my online attempts were rejected I got a shrug of the shoulders and a vacant look
2ndhomepattaya Posted April 28, 2024 Posted April 28, 2024 Just did mine now and no issues were found. Now just waiting for the confirmation.
jacko45k Posted April 28, 2024 Posted April 28, 2024 Submitted mine OK this morning.... yet to see if it works.
thailand49 Posted April 29, 2024 Posted April 29, 2024 unable to use? Make sure VPN is off! Only time my 90 day has been rejected 2 years ago was when I got a new Passport. Reading here I thought leaving the country then return thereafter I would get rejected I didnt Thailand one just dont know!
Scouse123 Posted April 29, 2024 Posted April 29, 2024 Online accepted my application three times and then it came back, after a day or so, as rejected three times, telling me to contact immigration. The first time I applied too early. The second two applications, the response just told me to contact immigration. I am up in Kalasin, so on Saturday morning, I posted my application. I enclosed the SAE and sent it by registered post. I am well inside the window of 15 days before the 90-day online date, I will see what happens this week. If no joy or response, it's a trip to the city beginning of next week.
Pilot3Boz Posted April 29, 2024 Posted April 29, 2024 Did mine Saturday, accepted and got an email back with an attached TM47 filled in with my data…

Need to pay a visit to Soi 5 some day. Just out from immigration for the 90 day report. Asked why got rejection even if always worked OK online for many years. Answer was that hab new system (software) and now need to do first 90 day report after returning to thailand in person, after that presumably can do online. Stupid if you ask me... Before was so that you had to do in person after entering the country with new passport first time, after that ok online. 2
KhaoNiaw Posted May 1, 2024 Posted May 1, 2024 This may be completely unrelated. But it would be interesting to know if those experiencing rejections have updated their TM30 to the latest version of that system. I used to receive seemingly random rejections from the 90-day system but since registering on the updated TM30 system, all has gone smoothly with every 90-days submission.

I had reported my tm30 (myself online) day after my arrival in Feb. Officer did not say anything about tm30, just said new system such that every time after coming to thailand, can not do first 90 day report online. TIT
roger101 Posted May 1, 2024 Posted May 1, 2024 I would just like to say thank you to Victor Laszio. Armed with the relevant paperwork I dropped it off and picked up my passport later in the afternoon. I'm so used to thinking what it was like before. go to the desk and wait 1 minute while he prints out the new 90 form. No paperwork no copies of passport. But in all the years I've lived here immigration has never made it easier, and when they did they changed it. As a side, I've never seen Immigration so empty. May 1 must be a good day to go. 1

Rimmer Posted May 16, 2024 Posted May 16, 2024 Following three on line rejections citing incorrect arrival date and incorrect renewal date, despite being 100% correct we went into the office in Soi 5 today to find out what is going on. Several other ex pats were also in the Que doing 90 day reports having also been refused on line, the girl on the front desk knows the problem and took us through to see one of the top officers and here is the story: The system has been 'updated' and will now only approve 90 day applications from people who have recently arrived by air from overseas. I can only guess the data base is being built from arrival computers at airports. It all sounds pretty strange but that is the information straight from one of the top officers. Notwithstanding the above she also said 90 day applications should be made no later than 15 days in advance. 1 "Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast!" So that means exactly 15 days in advance as you can't do it earlier than 15 days. That makes it a 75 day report?
