TM.30 Question

Hi.  Re: TM.30 form.   In the case of an apartment rental, can the foreign tenant submit the TM.30 notification at Chaengwattana without the apartment owner being present nor furnishing any documents?                                                                                                                                                                                                         

If the owner needs to furnish documents, what are they, please?  Thanks!

The apartment owner submits the TM30 not the tenant. You can get a copy from them, they can do it online in a couple of minutes, just enter your full name, pp# and arrival date.
