as george best said about beckham ,he cant head the ball,cant tackle ,cant dribble ,but apart from that he's ok

Yep, but if you was going to pick a best ever United midfield, he wouldn't get in, and the likelyhood is that Edwards would play in the right, given that he was two footed.

I'd go fo Best, Charlton, Keane and Edwards. Reckon that would be a tasty midfield.

Yet another of these 'oranges and apples' questions! How would Beckham have coped with '50s kit and ball and no substitutions becuase 'He's tired' or 'He's broke a fingernail' How would Duncan Edwards coped with today's kit? Would I have Beckham in my squad? Possibly - as the boot boy!
