Mysterious Sign Offers to Buy Haunted Houses in Rayong

The sign, featuring the names and contact numbers of two individuals interested in such spooky properties, was discovered by a local man known as Uncle Kai. While driving past a road behind the Wat Krok Yai Cha temple, Uncle Kai captured an image of the unusual sign and shared it widely on social media, intrigued by its odd proposition. Located in front of a motorcycle wash shop near a temple crematorium, the sign drew the attention of a local reporter who decided to investigate further. In attempting to contact the numbers listed, the reporter managed to speak with 33-year-old Ms. Suthima Rungsrirat, who agreed to an interview. Suthima, who also goes by Khun Ploy, explained her motivations behind the intriguing offer. As someone already involved in purchasing, renovating, and reselling old houses, she wanted to capture attention with an eye-catching sign. She cleverly equated old houses with haunted ones, despite her mother's concerns about the lack of auspiciousness in the idea. Among these inquiries was an offer to purchase a house reportedly haunted by a ghost that lingers outside. Suthima's company buys and revamps all types of old houses, often for resale. Why do so many Thai prostitutes marry their customers?
Well, I suppose it is a natural progression, they are out to make money piecemeal to start with, and if they can get even more money out of the mugs then the thing to do is to marry them and make them spend all their money on just them instead of letting the old guy spend on others. Most of these guys could never pull a regular woman so a prostitute is all the choice they have. It works even better if the guy works abroad for a few months at a time so the woman can have two or three husbands in tow at the same time. I am amazed at how many of these guys fall for the old stories they are told, I am poor, have to feed the family, etc, many women are poor in Thailand but they would never resort to selling themselves in that way, but it does make me laugh though when it all ends in doom and gloom with the guy ending up broke. -

Foreign Man Found Unconscious in Car in Pattaya
A rescue unfolded on the morning of November 21, when a foreign man was found unconscious in his car, which had been left idling in gear, requiring response teams to gain entry to reach him. At approximately 10:30 the Sawang Boriboon Pattaya Rescue Unit received a report of an unconscious man trapped inside a vehicle near the Department of Land intersection on Pattaya Third Road, Nong Prue, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi. Upon arrival, a white Mazda car with Bangkok registration was found parked close to the sidewalk with its engine running and the gear in drive. Inside, the driver, a described as a long-haired foreign man aged approximately 30-35, was found unconscious. Initial attempts to wake him by shaking the car and shouting proved unsuccessful, prompting the team to gain entry into the locked car. During this time responders were attempting to gain access, the driver moved and accidentally pressed the accelerator, causing the car to mount the sidewalk and crash into a utility pole. The rescue team used their equipment to finally access the car. The man was extracted safely but as he regained some consciousness, he appeared disoriented and unable to respond to inquiries. He was promptly transported to a hospital for further evaluation and treatment. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the incident. -- 2024-11-22 -
